Tel Aviv – inspired cuisine in Antwerp, that’s what Middle Eats is all about. Chef Daniela worked in several restaurants in Israel’s food capital before she headed to Antwerp to open a place of her own. Together with her partner Gilles, she successfully introduced the Tel Avivian food culture in Belgium. This includes: sharing is caring, loads of delicious vegetables, groovy music, hummus and of course shakshuka. The perfect combo for a delicious night out!
