Before he decided to make the move, his restaurant in Hoogstraten scored a 15/20 in Gault&Millau. It’s not an understatement that the expectations are high for the new establishment. Lewis is opened for lunch and dinner every day except Saturday, on Sunday and Monday the restaurant is closed.
